Our beautiful village boasts inner urban living just walking distance to local shops, paired with peaceful grounds and charming Queenslander-style design. Each room is furnished with modern furniture and décor, with each room having a separate door leading outside onto the landscaped grounds for those times where you want to take a stroll or greet your neighbours. Our rooms have been designed so that there's space for your personal belongings, to truly make it yours.
We can offer you the lifestyle and independence you’ve always enjoyed, with the added comfort and security that comes with living in a supported living facility. At Avalon Village, you will have peace of mind knowing our friendly village team is on-hand to assist you should you require any help.
Prices are in line with the Disability Support Pension and Aged Pension, so it's affordable. There are no bonds or buy in costs, although customers are required to pay and maintain rent two weeks in advance.
